Don’t recommend this company. We have a 6 month old GE washing machine under full warranty. Put in a claim through GE and this was the company they assigned to us. When I created the order on GE total for service was 0$. They come out determine we need a new gasket and say they’ll order the part and reach back out to schedule install. They reach back out (btw they only communicate by text not phone calls) say the part is in and cost of service would be 230$. Confused I remind them we’re covered under warranty. They said the technician determined it was not a manufacturing defect and that it’s not covered. $230 sure fine np. Except something in me told me to confirm with GE first. I called GE and they said absolutely not. I am 100% covered under my 1 year warranty doesn’t matter what the repair is. I confirmed with GE that includes cost and labor she said yes as long as I get the repair done through one of their contractors which this place was. GE told me not to pay anything out of pocket that GE pays the contractor. The GE customer service put me on hold while she herself called this company, she tried twice in the middle of the day during business hours and got no response. She then texted them and got no response. She told me that I could schedule the service and have Suzor contact GE or listen to the VM left. When we told this to Suzor (again through text because they don’t answer their phone) they informed us that payment was required that GE was the one who flagged it as not covered. I called GE back with this info and they told me they could see the whole claim and it was approved not flagged. Now GE is a pretty big company with I’m sure many contractors. I’m pretty sure they know how their warranty service works. I can’t speak for the quality of their work, but their customer service is terrible and I would not recommend them for warranty service. Read moreunprofessional and wastes your time over and over again. i sent a video thru text, guy comes over says oh i didn’t get your video if i did see it i would of known what part to get so that visit was a waste. then after waiting for the part he comes to the house cleans lint from machine says “found your problem, just needed to be cleaned out”. But this noise is not going away cleaning some more lint from the dryer i know that my wife knows that but he didn’t because it still makes same loud noise. Then he had the front door off and puts back on he says oh your lint catcher is warped i’ll order you another one, wasn’t warped before his work so i go open door to see and the door is now hard to open/close and i said to him that this want like that and he quickly denied and said that was like that when i got here, i said no it was not, we went back and fourth but after i asked him to take apart and go over his steps to fix problem he just kept denying his poor workmanship. Had my wife come downstairs totally bias to what’s going on and i ask her to go ahead and open door she notices right away and says it’s harder to close. he still denies it. i said your sent her to improve this machine right well go ahead and fix it then. but he kept on denying any wrong doing so at this point i got loud used some adult words to let him know it’s time to go because everyone has a breaking point and this guy will push your buttons and after everything guy left with the part that we most likely need to fix the dryer. Read moreI had the absolute worst possible experience with this company. There were multiple reschedules due to miscommunication, parts not getting ordered when we were told, and when the parts did finally get ordered they arrived broken. While I realize that parts arriving broken is not Suzor’s fault, there were plenty of other instances which left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Now, we’ve been told they can’t make the repair for other reasons and I need to find a new repair person. I’ve been waiting for three weeks and now need to start over again.l I would 100% not recommend working with this business. Find someone else...
