You can only order on the phone and this had to be one of the worst ordering experiences I've had. The guy on the phone just sighed into the phone throughout the entire phone call, I had to repeat the same thing 4 or 5 times some of the time and other times he would give attitude if I didnt read things fast enough. He said on the phone he wanted to hurry up so he could get out of there. When I had placed the order he said "ok so you'll just pay by cash when it gets there right?" Well I had planned to pay by card and told him that to which he responded, "yeah I kind of figured that would be the next thing out of your mouth. Ok fine read the numbers" then kept talking over me when I was trying to read the numbers. Gave me the price of the order which was about $15 higher than it should have been so I questioned him and he corrected the price which makes me think they were going to try to overcharge me. Then after they already took the money out of my account told me it would take over an hour to get here which for them would mean it would probably take closer to 2 hours. I was not thrilled and cancelled the order only to check my bank account to see they had charged my card. I called back and a different person answered the phone. I told them that I had cancelled an order but they still charged me and without asking for any of my information the person on the phone just said "yeah we already tried to cancel it. If it doesn't go back into your account by tomorrow you can call back again I guess". All I wanted was some dinner and now I'm left never wanting to order from 8...

I would give 0 stars if it would allow. We placed an order for delivery. Which, the guy who answered the phone was just beyond rude. He answered with just "Eight Dragons." I asked to put an order in for delivery and he said "Ya, what." I told him what I was ordering and he just said "30 minutes" and hung up on me. This should have been an indicator as I have never had such an awful encounter with ordering food. All we ordered was one order of crab rangoon. He said it would be a half hour. It seemed a little long for one order of only crab rangoon, but we didn't mind. When he arrived with the order, we started to hand him a $50 bill. He simply tried to hand us our food. As it looks like he's about to leave we ask if he has change and he just gawks at us and then mumbles no. So, first of all, that's super rude. Second, you assume you're getting $35 in tip for driving 2 minutes?! Hell no! He was supposed to have change. But of course, I'm not done. After he tries to walk away with the $50 and tells us he has no change, we take it back and give him the order. He then expected us to get ready and drive to the restaurant and pick it up due to his mistake. Are you kidding me?! Worst take out experience I have ever had. After all this, the crab rangoon was awful. It just had a nasty taste to it. The ones I get at a food court are...

Really don't even want to give this place a star, everytime I order its over an hour for delivery, the rice is mushy and old, the eggs rolls are odd and when I order my daughter Lo maine it comes as chow main EVERYTIME the chicken fingers are hard on some sides like they just throw them back in the grease and resell the old ones. I've tried different times of day to different seasons or months. They haven't gotten it right. Tonight I ordered, was told 45 min for my delivery I agreed because I really didn't want to load my kids up and go pick it up. I waiting AN HOUR AND A HALF. I called they guy says "she should be here soon, she left awhile ago" she showed up 15 min later with cold food.. Are you serious!?! I call and tell the kid about it he put me on hold to talk to the boss's comes back to the phone and offers to remake it and have the same chick deliver! (Yea okay not driving miss daisy who probably stopped along the way to do god knows what) or give me credit cause its bad enough my kids had to wait to get there dinners that showed up cold and disgusting so I tell them to remake ill take My kids out at 9 pm to go get there dinner since were not competent enough to get an order right or deliver it in a timely fashion. Will not be ordering from this place again. To many chances for just an off night. I wouldn't...
