I was needing my hair done for my daughter up coming graduation. After speaking to lady at this salon I thought I had found right place boy was I wrong. The staff was very nice but after yelling the lady what I wanted n showing her pictures she tells me she things a feather look would be better me trusting her as a hair style st I said ok after it was all said n done she cut off all my bangs she put gaps in my hair every where n left my right side longer then my left after leaving I called yo let owner know how I felt she wasn't in. I had go to a other salon to fix what they could of my hair it was so bad I cried and cried got 2 days I looked like I had a mullet I have never had a cut this bad or a color this bad in my life also left color all over my forehead. I am hoping they do what's right and return all of my money this has deviated me I wanted to look special n nice for my babies graduation n now my hair is jus aweful I will give e then another star if they return my money I am hoping that is they are a reputable company they will make this right. I will update with what they say. the first photos are the damage this place did to my hair the last picture of the hair even shorter is after I got it fixed if that's what u want call it. I never wanted this style I also listed what I showed her I wanted she said oh yea this will look jus like that. She said she was blending my roots but only the front of my head n sides was dark brown n she took almost all my blonde out I'm so devastated. She needs slow down and listen to her clients. Update owner is very sweet and was aware when I called about the situation she seemed very sorry this happened and offered my money back and she did return it while speaking to me on the phone. I felt heard n that she and her Salon was genuinely sorry for what happened and I think this was an isolated indecent and her shop for most part is wonderful I wil lteturn but not to the lady that did the messed up job first time again thanks...

Just needed a haircut, had never been here before. Could not have felt more invisible. After waiting five minutes someone finally came out to see if I had been seen to. She told me she was too busy to see me; fine, no worries, understandable. Then she asked someone else, or actually yelled to someone else in another room who said they had time. I waited another five minutes with no one coming into the lobby and just left. Just zero customer concern. Really nice girl selling brownies came through (vendor), I bought from her because she was attentive and kind. The rest of them seemed indifferent at best. Pay someone to watch the front desk.
