I'm in a domestic dispute and I have 2 policies, separate address 4 each with this agency. The representative, first name Precious, called my soon to be ex-husband, whose name is not on the policy but merely on the lender paperwork for the house, and gave him the address for my apartment. I have been auto insured for more than 35 years and I can truly say that I’ve never had such personalized experience as I receive when calling this agency. Everyone who answers the phone is friendly, proficient and knowledgeable. My wife and I always get personalized service and they do what they say they’re going to do.
