Summary: If you like the thrill of a legitimate hunt, have the time, and need a specific random component to fix one of your stuffs, you might find it here. However, if you want to pay something reasonable for broken, used, beat up, products, I'd suggest other places around Atlanta and online.

Customer service: While there are employees (not recognizable) here, don't expect to have anyone help. Be prepared to do your own research for anything and you should be fine. There will be few times one of the employees may be nearby and be willing to help. However, prices only come from the price guy at the register (always the same guy from all my visits). Once you buy something large, there seems to be capacity for at least one employee to help you take it outside.

Prices: Do not reflect condition and missing parts of the product. If you do your research, you'll find that it may be about the same, if not less, to buy retail with warranty, all parts, and accessories. Even when showing the price guy what it cost retail and what missing parts will cost, his arrogance ("I make the price, regardless of what you say!") doesn't allow him to be reasonable.

Organization: If you ever wanted to dumpster dive inside of a building, this is your place. Be prepared to spend a lot of time and get very dirty as you look for things that aren't completely broken or missing critical/expensive to replace parts. Walking space is small and will require climbing over piles of product to get to certain areas.

Location: If you're an out of towner, you might not feel super comfortable going to this area at night. Otherwise, be respectful, mind your business, and you'll be just fine.

Personal background: I started going to this store in 2017, prior to them relocating to the much bigger place they are in, curently. The price guy used to be reasonable and so I would get enough stuff to use parts from several to make at least one functional. If you purchased a lot he would sometimes give you a slightly better deal. However, after relocating I have found price guy more and more arrogant and unreasonable, with time. How anybody can not like this place is beyond me! If you feel " the guy" behind the counter is rude, you're probably entitled and rude yourself. His name is Roger, I learned that on my first visit after taking a minute to let him know how great his place is! And it is. The majority of his products are from big-box retail stores. FOR INEXPERIENCED BARGAIN SHOPPERS:1. Greet Roger and his staff on your way in. If you download the Home Depot and the Lowe's app on your phone you can simply scan a barcode of many items to get a baseline of what the price is, he generally would knock 50 to 75% off of that price. Take a pic of the item, esp big items, or bring him the item to show him for pricing. If your negotiating skills are good and you know how to talk to people and bargain with people you can get the best price. Dont expect him to haggle over everything, he's got a biz to run and does have a set price in his mind for most things, but it's always worth a shot. This place is interesting. It is a wonderful place for skilled craftsmen to load up on supplies for home projects. If you have DIY skills you can find items to improve your home. Items are all over the place. Wear comfortable shoes, clothing and gloves. Be prepared to look through a lot of unorganized shelves and bins. I found wonderful things here. I upgraded my shower head....found one of kind items at a very decent price. Many of the items are brand new....a lot of the items are vendor returns..BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SHOP....SOME ITEMS ARE DAMAGED.....many auctioned storage unit items. Nothing has a price tag on it. You discover cost by asking the owner. Sometimes the manager is nice...sometimes he is impatient and cold. I did not see a rest room at this location.
