Krystal — Restaurant in Atlanta

I went to the crystal on Cleveland avenue and I made an order and an ask for a soft drink. At that moment the young lady says they don't have any soft drinks only lemonade and sweet tea. So I asked her what if you don't drink lemonade a sweet tea she said they have bottled water. Cool I'll take that. When I get to the window I believe the total was something like 881 I give her a $10 bill and she gives me a dollar back so I'm sitting there waiting for my change she realizes that I'm waiting for my change and this is oh oh we out of change and I'm looking and I'm saying you're out of fountain drinks you're out of change I don't want to judge the facility but I'm looking.. so she begins to go into her pocket and get the change out when she gets the change out she gives it to me and she says something along the lines of I should go home and get some rest I wouldn't be so tired and stubborn. I retorted to her stubborn I'm not but I am working for the my money and then I deserve to get the service that I'm paying for at this point she backs away from the window when she realizes that you know the the little funny sideways humor isn't really that funny. Well I put this review on here because whoever is in charge needs to know this I couldn't believe it I wish I had the receipt Id post it on here thbut I can't find it. Believe me I looked for it. Bothering me to my core....

There was a cone placed in the drive thru so cars couldn't go thru, so I parked and walked to the door. I saw 2 employees on the opposite side of the counter joking and eating. I pulled on the door it was locked (this is 5:30 PM!) They looked at me and kept talking so I assumed that door in particular was just locked so I walk around the building, in the rain, and pulled on the other door and it was locked and these two goofballs inside just looked and laughed. Now I was there to buy food for 3 girl scout troops and there parents. There was a young lady, her daughter, and an elderly man standing outside of the 2nd door. I knocked on the glass and asked do y'all work here and the young lady said " yeah we closed" and they was laughing!! Ignorant is an understatement! I told them you could have wrote closed on a piece of paper or even a napkin and put in on the door!!! But instead you want to eat and laugh at the people outside trying to spend money. You could have said you were closed when I went to the first door!! Hope they got stock invested because that's probably the only job they will ever have!!! There are some people that are considerate and actually want to work! Why were they closed at 530? Who is the regional manager for this facility?...

We visited Krystal's around 3:00 AM, expecting a quick and enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but. Despite spending over $40 on 24 cheese and bacon Krystal burgers and two medium fries, the service left much to be desired.

Firstly, the wait time was excessive, nearing 30 minutes, during which the staff displayed noticeable unprofessionalism. Some staff members took breaks to drink coffee and seemed to scrutinize our vehicle, adding an uncomfortable vibe to our wait.

When our order finally arrived, we were eager to leave due to the unwelcoming atmosphere. The server who took our order was noticeably irritable, which only compounded our disappointment.

Upon reaching our destination, we discovered that none of our burgers had the bacon we paid for—a significant oversight given the extra charge for this addition. While I considered returning to address this mistake, the overall hostile environment dissuaded us from going back.

In conclusion, if you're craving Krystal's, I would strongly recommend visiting a different location. This particular store did not meet the expectations of quality service or accuracy in order fulfillment, making it hard to justify a...
