Read moreI came to this checkers for me and my son to get a meal that was advertised on the menu " 2 for $7 meal. Whoever the snaggletooth girl is with the stiletto nails (that she should not have working in food service) has the worst disposition of anybody that I have ever come across (especially somebody who voluntarily makes the decision to get up and come to work at a job that is supposed to provide customer service). She kept telling me the meal was two for four, when the menu says it's two for seven. I told her that I think we had a misunderstanding of each other and she proceed to snap that me as the customer was the one that did not understand. At this point, I want to leave but I'm blocked in line and my son is really hungry so we stay. When we pull up to the window the disposition is still very present. She tells me my total, takes my card slams the window. My son and I are looking inside at all the workers and we began to have a conversation about how much money the starting pay is at the restaurant. After hearing part of our conversation she says to me "I don't make $12 an hour I make more like $29 because I'm the general manager." Me and my son look at each other very confused. I don't know if I was more confused at the fact that she thought we was talking to her or more confused that the fact that she said she makes $29 per hour and she's missing all of her top teeth. I asked God to make it make sense and to keep me at peace and just pulled off. Checkers don't have to...
Read moreI’ve came here many times before and I’ve never dealt with an experience like I did this evening.
I swung by for a late-night dinner, and honestly, the meal was so bad it’s almost laughable. First off, the automated drive-thru system messed up my order, but hey, it’s technology, right? I ordered one Buford meal and a Baconzilla just the sandwich and a separate lemonade. The total was supposed to be around 25$ but instead was about $29-30, but the guy at the window fixed my order after I pointed it out. I get that he was focused on taking my card, but come on, if you’re in customer service, you should always double-check that the food is right. It saves time and helps the company’s bottom line instead of just relying on a machine. After sorting that out, I handed over my card, and the food took about five minutes to come out. I got home (which was a HUGE MISTAKE!) and found that all the bread was rock hard, like they picked the oldest loaves from the back of the shelf. And the meat? It was as old as my grandma! I mean, it’s fast food for a reason. I don’t usually expect to sit down and savor fast food; I stop by because I need something quick. It should’ve been made right.
And don’t even get me started on the lemonade it was absolutely disgusting! I have no idea what was wrong with it, but something definitely was. My Baconzilla only had three pieces of bacon, even though I paid extra for more on the Buford. They really should’ve made sure the Baconzilla had the right...
