Today was an excellent day! Jonathan, from Aire Serv of Tipton County (TN), came to our home to evaluate and repair the Condensate drain on our large HVAC unit and to use a video inspection process to check our ductwork! He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Jonathan explained the technical issues to us in easy to understand language. He encouraged us to ask questions, so we knew exactly what was needed to get the most efficient and effective continuous use from our system. We are grateful for the very patient office staff, the managers, Daniel and Jason, and especially, Jonathan for his kindness, integrity, and professionalism. We are very impressed, not only for his personal dedication to the customers, but his obvious pride working for Aire Serv of Tipton County. Edit: In April 2024 we had AireServ replace our upstairs HVAC split unit. In October 2024 we had the downstairs HVAC package system (21 years old) replaced. It was more than we expected this year. Both units were replaced perfectly and professionally. All the technicians were great. The "2 Austins", who were the technicians on the package unit, worked with us and our concerns. They explained every step in the process. I was extremely stressed out from a difficult year, and they maintained complete professionalism throughout the entire install, as well as through my personal meltdown, to which I apologize and thank them. From the first contact with the office staff, to the design team, department managers and technicians, AireServ of Tipton County is truly the best and most professional HVAC company I have worked with. There is no other HVAC installation and service company that compares. ( also, financing is available). Thank you. Edit 2: Eddie and Jonathan just finished cleaning our dryer vent. I never gave it much thought, but I was truly shocked at how much lint and dust was cleaned out! I recommend that everyone have a dryer vent cleaning. My dryer is definitely working more efficiently and I understand that having this done makes my home safer from a dryer lint fire. Really wonderful technicians! They worked quickly and cleaned the entire area!...

Extremely disappointed with Aire Serv.

After months of being told our old unit was on its last legs, we bit the bullet to purchase a new unit. Approximately a month later, the new unit stops working.

First tech comes out and lets us know that the condenser froze over, can't do any diagnostics until the next day. The next day a different tech comes out and initially tells us a thermostat wire "burned out" and he'll need to replace it but will have to install it in a new location. Later he calls back and says that the issue is with the new unit, not the thermostat. We need a new part but he doesn't know how long it will take to order it.

What he fails to tell us is that he was looking at the thermostat of our upstairs unit, not the downstairs unit that is not working!!! No communication between technicians apparently. I call back today and speak to the installation manager and find out that the previous tech ALSO INSTALLED A NEW THEROMOSTAT for no reason. Installation Manager cannot tell me why that happened or how no one who responded on day two seemed to know which unit was the actual problem.

Three separate times I have called requesting someone with some degree of authority call me to answer my questions. Still waiting on a proper call back.

Not only was I apparently sold a lemon AC unit, but apparently no one seems to know what is going on, no one is communicating with each other on the issues (or to me) and I'm on day #6 of no downstairs AC thanks to my brand new unit.

A neighbor recommended Aire Serv to me for spring servicing and for a noise I had been hearing with my outside unit. Austin came out on Wednesday and found I needed a fan motor (he showed me that it wasn’t working) that had to be ordered and would be in on Friday, at which time he’d return and take care of it. He was very polite, pleasant, and professional and explained in detail what would be done. He returned Friday afternoon and installed the fan motor outside in the rain at the beginning of a bad thunderstorm. Unfortunately, my thermostat stopped working when the unit turned on. He worked and worked on it and would have continued until it was fixed if he were able to fix it. He had a tech more knowledgeable with the problem, Corey, on the phone who offered to come out right then to take care of the issue. I decided to wait and have Corey come out the following day. Austin had been working so hard in the storm way past normal working hours and I was worn out from a crazy day myself. Corey arrived the next day - equally polite, pleasant and professional. It took him a little while to troubleshoot the problem but he got my system back up and running. I admit that I was becoming a little stressed over the issues taking a while to correct but am extremely pleased with how they handled it and were willing to do whatever had to be done, no matter how long it took.
