As first time customers with Mr. Electric, we were exceptionally pleased with the customer service and the electricians Mr. Tray Ledford and Mark Smith. The call center agents also always called us back as promised, which was no small feat for the day we were trying to coordinate. On the day of the job, the utility company showed up on time, and the electricians arrived on time as stated. Mr. Ledford explained the problem, provided multiple solutions to the problem, and explained anticipated outcomes for solving the problem one way versus another. We had several items that needed attention. Due to age of the existing panel, it was upgraded, our ceiling kitchen light was changed out, our kitchen was brought up to modern electrical code by dedicating the microwave to its own circuit, and our lamp post light also needed fixing. All of these items were all handled within the specified timeframe and at cost quoted in original estimate for the items which we specified and agreed. Tray Ledford diagnosed our electrical issues and even fixed an ongoing issue with our outside lamppost, to not only bring back it's functionality, but make it more aesthetically pleasing, so we no longer need to tie the cap down. We are so happy with our new functional overhead fan again and how much circulation we have in our living room now. I am also joyful that after the many years of living in this home, we finally have have the extra dedicated circuit to hopefully alleviate breakers from tripping when bread is being made and the coffee pot runs. Hopefully, no more bread flops! Although at the end of the day, while any customer expects the items to work and be functional again, we can also say that the electricians provided professionalism and service with a smile. Read moreI just wanted to get on here and give a shout-out to Marc, my electrician from Mr. Electric. I called to schedule an appointment and they came out the same day. My refrigerator was hooked to a GFI and it kept tripping. I talked to the owner personally, and he sent one of his best guys out. I will say this: they're all great at Mr. Electric. He came out, diagnosed the issue, knowing that my concern for the house is safety and knowing the house will not catch fire in the middle of the night. He put a new plug in and reassured me that everything is taken care of.
