At Atoka, Oklahoma, AT&T store, your Retail Sales Consultant, Michele K., is so wonderful, professional, very friendly and very very helpful. Please do everything in your power to hang on to this sweet lady. Give her big raise, and bigger salary to keep her to work for your AT&T company. Our 1st visit at AT&T store at Atoka, Oklahoma, on August 27. Michele was by herself, no other employee there to help her out. There were several customers there, waiting for their turn. Our 2nd visit, on August 28, this time, 2 Retail Sales Consultants was there, which Michele was there (Thanks to our Lord God she was working that day). There sure was lot of customers who come in too. I have asked "How many employees do you have working here"? I find out that there are only 2 employees, 1 quit and a new one will start on September 1. That is my concern of AT&T, to please hang on to your employee, Michele K. She knows her job, very knowledgeable and so professional. When new one starts their new job, they will have to be train, probably by Michele, I presume. If I was walking in Michele's shoes, I will be stress out, having no breaks, because of so many customers walking in, waiting on their turn.
AT&T, please acknowledge Michele, to give her big praise and huge pay raise. Her reward for working so hard for you, for she have gained you a new paying customer, as I bought a new AT&T phone, switching from US Cellular Company to now AT&T.
Our 3rd visit today, August 30, after our horrible experiences of trying to set up FirstNet profile, we went back to Atoka again, to see Michele. Bless her heart, Michele took care of us. She is our HERO. There is 2 staff there when we walk in, but wasn't too long before he stepped out. And Michele was by herself again. And more customers walk in, waiting to be serve.

Shylena was great on my first visit there but she no longer works there unfortunately. The girl I encountered, I was not able to get a name. She seemed good until right about the time it was her lunch time and didn’t even finish us up , decided to take her lunch after receiving my payment to add a new phone. I had to finish installing the switch myself which wasn’t an issue until I realized after we had left the store she set it up for an e sim which I was unaware of bc she never mentioned it and I had to figure out on my own the reason my phone wasn’t having service was bc it was supposed to be running off of eSIM that she set up and not the regular sim. Once that was resolved (on my own)seemed to be no problem. A day or so later I’m paying my phone bill to keep on track and I realize after paying , it seems as though I’m paying for the phone that I upgraded from (that was paid off and not even through att store) also had been added as a brand new number and phone line . So now not only am I paying for the new phone that I purchased in the store , and the line that’s on it I’m also paying for the one that’s already paid off and not even a phone being used, seeming as though the person who added it will be getting an extra commission off of adding an extra line (without permission)I’m very upset about my entire interaction with this store, I will be calling and wanting this reversed immediately first thing in the morning and the Atoka store will no longer have my service (not that they...
Read moreWhen I walked into the store, every sales rep was sitting and playing on their phones. They didn’t get up to help me until I told them the type of phone I wanted. There were no iPhones on display. No one had on any face coverings and there was no hand sanitizer available. I purchased a new phone and the sales reps did not remove my Apple Watch from my old phone. They did not set up my watch on my new phone until I came back in the store to get help. They set the phone up incorrectly. I have been on the phone with AT&T for 2 hours trying to correct their mistake, and I just found out it is going to take 48 to get it fixed.
