I can not express enough how much I love this company! I really feel like this company is family. You know why? Because they handle business and so friendly! I use Just-N-Case security for my personal properties and my business office. Their customer service is next level and their reps are just so honest people. They do not focus on selling you what you don't need! I have been approached by other company looking to compete, match prices but there's no one like this team man! As a business owner, I am not kidding you I wouldn't trade these guys for anything! Other company's are looking to compete - only to lock you in a contract and you be MISERABLE! I've never enjoyed calling someone I pay as much as them! Sounds crazy right? Typically you don't like calling someone you pay every month but these guys are working people that I respect highly because their customer service is like non other. I RECOMMEND THESE GUYS OVER ANY...

Customer service needs more training and more patience….

I’m paying $56 every month for the burglar monitoring service and the remote video access service covering all parts and labor, but if you ever change your wifi password, your system will get kicked offline, and they would tell you they need to send out a technician to reprogram it….. and it’s gonna cost $95 a trip.

Also, if you ever want to cancel the subscription, you will need to pay 80% of the remainder of the contract. The contract is 3 years….

UPDATE: I was able to find the doorbell manual online and reset the system myself and add it back to the system. There is no need for the technician to come out. The “technical support” person on the phone was not helpful at all, and was just trying to rush through things without wanting to walk through the steps with me. Perhaps they wanted me to pay for the technician to come out :)

Mr. Baxter was my technician and he was a pleasure to have work on my security system. He gave me different options to make an informed decision, added the sensors I needed, custom programmed my system the way I wanted it and sent me a requested quote to upgrade my outdated control panel system. The cost of the visit was way less than I anticipated. I got exactly what I wanted with no high pressure up-sale on anything. The office is also professional and I was routinely updated on my appointment. They also have nice trucks with logos and clean, extensive tools. It’s refreshing to have a professional, reasonable and very competent home services company like Just N Case Security to my house to help me...
