51 Pawn Shop — Local services in Atoka

Was a customer at 51 Pawn for around 15 years (as a buyer and a seller), when Micah was in charge. It used to be an amazing establishment, fun to go there and visit, even if/when you couldn’t come to an agreement on making a deal, you still left the store feeling good about it, and had an enjoyable experience. It used to be good energy in there. Now that it is “South End Gun and Pawn”, it’s quite the opposite. The one female in there is the rudest person in a customer service position I’ve ever seen, and has been that way for years. The new owner (Dan) is unpleasant to speak with, if he even decides to speak to you at all. Incredibly “off putting”, uncomfortable, and I feel like I’m judged every time I walk through the door. Not that it matters, but I can’t say I’ll be back...

Liz and Dan have always done good business with me. I been choosing this one and only pawn shop for over ten years. From purchasing televisions to going passed my ticket date, they have always given me a courtesy call to see if I could come in. All these other reviews are just people who are mad that couldn’t get the amount of money they thought their product was worth. They do good...
