While it’s clear they do quality work for many customers—hence the positive reviews—my experience revealed serious issues with how they handle problems. When things go wrong, the staff becomes defensive and unhelpful, which is unacceptable.

I had full window tint installed on my new car. The initial appointment went smoothly and the staff was friendly. However, when I picked up the car, the check engine light was on. A diagnostic check showed the battery had been drained, and I discovered the fuse box cover in the engine bay was missing. When I contacted the shop the next day, rather than acknowledging the issue or offering support, the staff became defensive. Though they eventually offered to replace the missing part, I had to replace it myself due to travel.

A few months later, I returned for tint repairs. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment, I was told I had “canceled” it—though the number associated with the booking wasn’t mine. Only after pointing that out did they acknowledge the error, but I still had to reschedule.

The tint had visible issues: distortion in the windshield, wrinkles in the sunroof, bubbles in a rear door, and a blemish on the passenger window. I was told, bluntly, that I was being too picky and only the sunroof and passenger window would be redone—despite these defects being noticeable during everyday use. For a $1,000 job, I expected better.

When I picked up the car after the repair, I immediately noticed a dent in the chrome trim below the driver’s window that was not there before. My wife confirmed it was new. Again, the staff became defensive and denied responsibility.

This place is amazing!! I just got my first truck for my 16th birthday a couple weeks ago and the gentlemen who owned it before i got it put a Pioneer touchscreen radio, a amp, 2 6x9’s, and a backup camera. I brought it in yesterday for them to look at why my mic wasn’t working when i had my phone connected and the person on the other line couldn’t hear me. They fixed my mic and the gentlemen who looked at it told me that the amp that was is there is WAY to turned up for those 6x9’s and he said would turn down the amp and put a sub in there, get rid of ALL the wires that are going through the inside of the truck, delete all the things i told him i didn’t want anymore, look at why the backup camera isn’t working and fix it, and there some other things under the under and with the wiring that needs to be fixed and if i didn’t bring it in when i did it would’ve eventually the way it’s wired it would’ve gotten to hot and my truck could’ve blown up. So i’m dropping it off on tuesday before school for them to work on it and then i won’t have to worry about and problems with it. Oh and they are going to remove the tint that is on my front window, which is WAY to dark but it helps keep the sun out of my eyes but at night i can barely see and when i’m driving at night it doesn’t look like my low beams are there. They are gonna put a strip to my rear view mirror and down the sides. These guys are awesome and so amazing with taking care of their customers and making sure to get whatever the customer needs done and they have amazing prices and they aren’t ridiculously expensive!! I was quoted a price of $220 over the phone for my car. Upon arrival I decided to add the windshield strip which brought my total to $245. I arrived and the service was performed. I’m giving you all 3 stars because you should make customers aware of fees. I was charged a extra $12.25 for shop supplies that you all did not tell me would be included in the price. I gave the lady behind the desk my card. She did not make me aware of any fees associated with using my card. I was charged a extra $9.88 for service fee on using a card. That is beyond crazy, and false advertising at its best. BAD BUSINESS, and correction I never had two appointments. Only one, and I canceled it 2 weeks before time because I wasn’t gone to be in town that week. Furthermore, I never said I wasn’t satisfied with the work. I simply said it is bad business to not make customers aware of any extra fees!!!!!! Please don’t lie on me sweetie. I wasn’t late for my appointment. I was actually there beforehand.
