I order a floral arrangement for my Mother for Mother’s Day and it started dying after two days. Not only that, the floral arrangement I asked for was nowhere near as full as the one I saw on the website. When I went to pick the arrangement up and asked about its fullness, I was told that the flowers would bloom once they get warm. Some of the small roses that were in the arrangement were broken when I picked it up. There was green floral tape around the top rim of the vase which could have been easily concealed with a nice ribbon. It was so much green foam in the bottom of the small sized vase. That may be why the flowers aren’t lasting as they don’t have enough room and are poorly cut and crammed in. We put the few flowers that we could salvage in a larger vase. It’s unfortunate that I paid $66 dollars for an arrangement that my mother will only get to enjoy for a few days. I have Walmart flower bouquets that are outlasting these. I usually buy special occasion flowers from Publix at a cheaper price and better quality work, but I wanted to patronize Ferguson’s florist because they are a locally owned business. Read moreI have never left a review for anything, good or bad, but the treatment I received from Ferguson Florist was so abhorrent, I felt compelled to not only leave a review but file a formal complaint with the BBB. I placed an order via their website to be delivered to a location clearly listed as one of the areas they service. A few hours later, I receive a call that they cannot deliver to that area. After being handed off to the manager, before I could even speak, the manager was SCREAMING at me that I'd have to pay 2.5 times the delivery fee that the website listed (which was determined after putting in the exact location). She said she didn't care if I got the flowers or not because I wasn't the one making them, they were. She continued to scream and berate me. I have never, ever been treated so poorly by anyone, let alone anyone in any sort of customer service sector. The thing is, I would've paid the increase in the delivery fee, but it was the screaming and berating me, without even letting me explain what their own website said, that was so awful...

We went to the florist today to return the flowers. When they arrived they were cut too short, looked nothing like the picture and were drooping and dying after two days. We arrived with a photo of the online order and were told that there was a shortage of flowers and they “substituted.” However, the substitution was poor quality.
