Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Attalla

I love their drinks, and sonic blast, but the rest of the items I can find better burgers at Jack's and forget their breakfast items! I told one carhop that works hard there that I always try to tip, but when you give a $20, bill and wait for the change and you see the girl count out the money and she knowingly short change you a dollar bill, then never again, will I tip this girl until I feel that she needs to know that I can count too and she looks you right in the eye as she hands you back your money. I also had the manager short change me! She handed me all the dollars, but the 75 cents she did not hand that back!? I said what about the change, she said, oh, you mean you want the 75 cents back? I looked at her and Said, no I guess just keep it, I should have told her that I usually tip a dollar or two, but she wanted to keep the change instead,...

Absolutely terrible customer service! Went to this location on a Saturday night before going home. We checked the hours before even pulling in to the parking lot. Per the website the restaurant had 1 hour before closing and the lights were still on. When we attempted to place our order at the pull in, an employee comes to the door and yelled at us from the doorway saying they are closed. Not only did she not attempt to come closer and explain the situation, she proceeds to argue with my husband when he ask why the website shows otherwise. Contacted customer service and they confirmed that that location in fact did not close until 12 am....

Prol due to shortage of staff but there were 2 employees standing outside chatting at 11:47 am during lunch hours. 1 car hop prol doimg their jobs. Waited 10 mins to place an order that we never placed due to waiting 10 mins already. Long story short went to jacks 2 spots down. Worst sonic experience I've ever had and I got to lots of sonics all over Central and eastern states. Travel for work so I'm everywhere at any given time.
