I love CVS PHARMACY and it is my one and only pharmacy. Megan is the managing pharmacist and I always love seeing and visiting with her. Her customer service is outstanding and always above and beyond your expectations. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy and caring and personable and friendly and has the best personality and I always have a great time talking to her no matter if it's serious health issues or every day life or joking around and having fun. All of her staff are always courteous and friendly and knowledgeable and always enjoyable to talk to and they all go above and beyond your expectations to give you the best pharmaceutical experience. They are all wonderful people and always a pleasure to visit with. I used to get all of my prescriptions from an online pharmacy with home delivery. I had quite a few problems with getting my prescriptions and their customer service left a lot to be desired when I called them. It was very frustrating and even when I reported a problem they didn't seem to care and often times it would take up to two weeks to get your corrected prescription even though they were only sixty miles away from me. My doctor ordered a few vaccinations for me and told me to get them done at CVS. I went to the pharmacy and was greeted by an associate who told me the pharmacist does the vaccinations and she then introduced me to Megan. Megan came out to give me the first of two shots and in talking to her I told her about the issues I was having getting my prescriptions. She took charge of my situation and advised me of what she could do for me and I gave her the green light to transfer my prescriptions and get them all at CVS. Two days later I got a text and quite a few prescriptions that were eligible for refill at the time were ready for pick up or delivery. Since then it's been fantastic customer service and I get all my prescriptions and refills on time and it's been over two years now and I've never had one single problem or delays in getting my prescriptions. I will only use CVS Pharmacy for all of my prescription and health needs and it's also the only pharmacy that I shop with for Healthcare and personal grooming needs and I always find unexpected neat items at the store with fantastic quality and value. The Extracare Plus customer rewards they have is the best rewards program I have ever seen and the savings from their sales are unbeatable and you can't pass them up. There have been so many times I've shopped there and with my rewards I've gotten and sales coupons and sale prices when I check out I paid zero dollars or just a few cents for the items I purchased. It's fantastic and sometimes unbelievable. I highly recommend that you check out CVS Pharmacy and I guarantee you will be very happy that you did and if you're a new customer or an existing customer be sure and sign up for their rewards program because I know that you will be amazed by the quality and value you're going to have. The store is very safe and secure and clean inside and outside and the shelves are well stocked. The Pharmacy staff and the store associates will be happy to assist you with all of your health and wellness and shopping needs. They offer checkout with an associate and they offer self checkout. Their photo department will take care of all of your photography needs and you'll find all of your health and wellness needs here and cosmetics and Hallmark Crown cards and personal care and home care products and there is a fully stocked alcohol, wine and drinks department and so many products for personal and home and office use and so many unique items and so much more and of course you get friendly knowledgeable personable hometown proud service. The Pharmacy offers pickup and delivery and they have a drive thru window for your convenience. There is plenty of free parking in their parking lot including wheelchair accessible parking and wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible restrooms. The front of the store, literally the whole top to bottom face of the store was covered in thick dirt and cobwebs. That didn't happen overnight. Honestly, it looks like the inside of my barn. Weird that this bothered me but it was so bad that it stopped me in my tracks for a double take. I don't like giving bad reviews but hopefully they'll be motivated to fix this one thing.
