Living out of state I recently needed a florest who would take my order over the phone. Katie was wonderfull. One of my Child hood friends and neighbor had recently passed away. This family I hold close to me. I grew up with his sister and was once his wife's roommate. My heart ached for all of them in their los. I felt even worse that I could not get back for the service as we had also lost a coworker at the Runnings store I work at in SD. We are running on a limited crew with all that has gone wrong in the world right now. When I called Katie i was amazed that she even remembered me as It was 37 years ago I left the area and seven years since I had last placed an order with her. Katie knew exactly what I had in mind and went above and beyound my expectations. The arangment you delivered was beautiful! Received two flower arrangements for my birthday. Let me tell you, they were spectacular! I can't stop looking at them! You couldn't get another flower in the vace if you wanted to.
