Very friendly and helpful staff. I was looking at mattresses for an upcoming purchase. Don took extra time he probably didn't have to explain the features of each mattress option after asking questions about our sleep habits as well as our current mattress. He answered every question I had and I feel confident buying a mattress from Tri City Furniture.

This was the second time I have shopped here. The first time I purchased pillows after hearing about these great pillows they carry. The price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay, but let me tell you they have been worth every penny to my wife and I. For the life of me now, I can't remember the exact name but I no longer have to continually flip the pillow over to be "as cool as the other side of the pillow." I've worked with Tri City furniture for years as I've updated my home. I worked with Diane (who is now retired) and she was excellent and very helpful in pulling everything together. Most recently I worked with Krista...and I can't say enough good things about her professionalism, help and design style. She knows what works, and is very helpful and honest when I asked what she thought of using different pieces in my home. I trust her completely. The entire staff at Tri City Furniture is always courteous, helpful and goes above and beyond what I would have expected. Selection is great. Staff is extremely knowledable and helpful. I have purchased 2 couches from them and have been extremely satisified with both the quality of the couch and the customer service. I was very impressed with the selection and many options. Krista bent over backwards to help me find just the right material/fabric and was very patient with me. I loved the fact that they don't put high pressure on you in the store, they give you time to look around and test things without hovering.
