I was quoted 120 dollars for a rear camera installation, including the camera, via phone. I asked twice to confirm and included my vehicle information. The advisor shared that it would be 120 dollars unless I chose a higher end camera. I shared that this was not needed and booked the appointment.

I had the installation done only to be surprised to see the final bill to be 188 dollars. I shared my concerns that I was misquoted and I was being charged a higher amount. I thought that the installed camera was a higher end camera but this was not the case. Manager shared this is the regular price that he charges his other customers and started pulling old receipts.

He then stated that I might have misunderstood even though I was quoted a verbal estimate and never a written estimate. No effort to contact the employee or even make this right. I paid and left only to have to come back because the radio was not properly installed. Installer was not happy at all and advised me that it came like that, that he did not move the radio, even though to install a rearview camera with new wiring you have to move the radio. Installer became defensive and the manager came in to deescalate.

In Summary, they are not an honest shop. I understand mistakes happen. What I don’t understand is how a dishonest shop can stay in business. Avoid this place and if you must do business with them ask for written estimates to hold them...

I went here to see if they could install a android stereo system for my 2010 chevrolet camaro lt v6 car and they were the only ones who would try to get it installed for me and I will be coming back to get more work done by them like window tinting and stereo system stuff as well 😉 😀 If you come there go talk to Danny if you can't speak Spanish 😉 I had to update this review because I went to them again to have them remove my old window tint and they installed a new one for me and it wasn't much money for that and then I went back next weekend and they installed 2 6x9 speakers in my car so I could remove the old factory ones that were a little blown out and they sell don't charge much for all these repairs so these guys...

You wouldn't think that car tinting is necessarily a tedious affair however, as I soon discovered, it is. One place I went looked like a real dump and wanted 200+ dollars to tint my windows. Another place I went to did good work, apparently, but we're so booked up he couldn't see me for at least another couple weeks.

I found this company (Papos) quite by accident. On my way back from Auburndale. I pulled in and decided to give them a shot. Their quote was the second lowest I received however, they were able to do my work immediately. Within two hours I had my windows tinted and I was out the door with excellent work. I'd recommend...
