I had such a strange experience here and still think about it. Shop owner (Dave) was very kind. I told him I was interested in vintage and higher end mtg singles, so he let me browse through their backroom stock. They had a great selection.

When I finished pulling cards I wanted to buy, Dave told me none of it was for sale. Presumably he wanted to hold onto them for grading or reselling online. Why show them to customers in the first place?

I left having wasted my time.

Everyone was cordial and there was no conflict, it was just a weird vibe. Was super hyped about this shop and had it on my go-to list for weeks, but sadly was let down once I could finally schedule a...
