Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Today August 7th, 2021. My wife placed a order for delivery this morning. She ordered a steak, egg and cheese on a foot long Italian and a bacon, egg and cheese on flat bread but received no bacon on sandwich. Tried calling store but phone number is a fax number which is posted on website so when you try to call to see what happen to the bacon you cannot reach anybody. Store 4950 US hwy 92, Lakeland, FL is the worst.

On August 5th my wife placed a order for delivery for a bacon, egg and cheese on flat bread and a spicy Italian with provolone cheese and lettuce, tomato, onion, green peppers, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper but received a spicy Italian with just cucumbers which was totally wrong. This happened at 7399 US hwy 98 Lakeland, FL is the second worst.

Never again will we spend anymore of our money at Subway. Tried to call the store to give them a chance to explain what happened and all I got was attitude so we have decided to not order or dine at any subway restaurant because of such poor...

Went to pick up my online order there's my food sitting on back counter for the flies while she was make other sandwiches for a couple I waited my turn she would of started another order with me but I spoke up about my stuff said they weren't finished then why did you start another order was very rude and didn't offer to start my order over the manager is a awesome women and I know good help is hard to find was there at 7 in evening on 10/21 was served by a very rude big back girl her name is not on receipt do not do online...
