They have a huge selection of necklaces and earrings, which made it really easy to find something that I liked. Out of all the jewelry and pawn shops in Polk county , traders definitely tops them all. Not only with the quality of their jewelry but they also have such a wide variety and selection which will guarantee you find the perfect piece. And jewelry isn’t the only special treasures you’ll fine there , the back room if full of any and every tool you could need! The customer service is top notch as well, you are always greeted with a warm smile and hello when you come in the shop. I cannot stress enough how phenomenal this team of employees is. Rodney has a done fabulous job and the boys (especially Mason) are so helpful, this place really cares about their customers and it shows. I will always support this amazing local family...

Called and told they would give me 250 to 400 for my riding mower showed up 20 mins to 5pm and they said they couldn't do anything for me cause they was closing at 5pm cause of the hurricane. So I wasted the gas to get here from lake wales to see everyone sitting around do nothing everything locked up almost a half hour before closing and do they aren't buying or selling anything cause they are closing...horrible service they just sit around then they started laughing when I walked out the door...I have been a long time customer but not anymore and im telling everyone to stay away cause management and employees are nothing like they use to be and im not returning to buy anything or sell...
