Poor poor customer service from a female employee there. She was an older employee. First, she was asked to help check out so the customer had some understanding issues but did have translator but completely rude to him. The translator was getting frustrated cuz she was literally getting loud and just rude. No patience at all very demeaning.
Than of course I get her with my husband. We went to return the alternator because it had given out on us after buying it. We didn’t have the receipt on hand but told her it was under warranty. She refused to even look it up because we didn’t have a receipt. Than she wanted the box it came in to look up the number. I’m telling her the we already turned in the core in the box so we don’t have a box. This alternator is from the car that we had bought. She refused to look up anything and told us she is just a cashier can’t help further. We can either go back to the end of the line and wait for someone else to help or wait for the manager/ lead that was helping another customer. I just wanted to go off on her cuz she was not listening at all. I told her I will just come back tomorrow and speak to store manager like she said that I can do as well. I was previously there like 4 days before and was being helped by a manager and other employee and she also just jumped in our conversation and was very defensive with her remark. Incident Details:
Today, I visited the AutoZone store on Havendale Blvd, Winter Haven, Florida, and had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees named Alberto. During my visit, Alberto displayed extremely rude and disrespectful behavior. On multiple occasions, he left me mid-sentence without answering my questions or responded in a dismissive manner. This type of behavior is unacceptable in a customer service setting and is not suitable for a business like AutoZone.
Additionally, I noticed that another employee in the store had serious hygiene issues. The odor was so strong that it was difficult for me to approach and ask for assistance. This kind of situation is not only uncomfortable for customers but also negatively impacts the store's image.
Conclusion:
Employees with attitudes and behaviors like those described are not suitable for working in a business that relies on customer satisfaction and loyalty. I request that corrective measures be taken regarding Alberto and that the hygiene issues mentioned be addressed to ensure that other customers do not have to experience a similar...

I went to this location got it tested and indeed it was bad. The total price was going to be 240$ after taxes, Tim was the one helping me he was doing something on the computer and when my friend came to pay for the part he told me that he priced matched it and the total was 125$, I was in shocked and was truly blessed by Tim who happened to be the store manager, I couldn’t thank him enough, I have been going thru a but though time and for him to do that for me was very surprising it brought tears to my eyes knowing that there’s still good and compassionate people like Tim I couldn’t thank him enough for his helped he blessed me and I hope God always blessed him and his family for all his good deeds.. he didn’t know me at all I shared what I was going thru and how my car gave me trouble..
