me and my friend went in for my 18th birthday yesterday. before we went in i tried to call and make an appt bc they don’t open until 11 AM on thursdays and my friend had messaged on monday and got no response. well while i was on the phone with them they said i don’t need an appt and to email them the pictures w my name and phone number so they could give me a call once they had the stencils made up. we went in at like 4:30/4:45 w no phone call back and we started the process. While we were waiting a lady came in otp which is against store policy, however the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional and lowkey extremely ghetto. The lady was asking for nose rings and the receptionist lady turned around and very rudely told her that she would help once she’s off the phone and they started going back and forth and cussing at e/o and the lady got kicked out but the girl who did my tattoo went out after her idk what happened out there but there was no reason for her to follow her outside after she left the building. then we left bc the guy who the lady’s at the desk said was the only tattoo artist was in the middle of a long tattoo. we come back and my one friend went back w the guy but then one of the lady’s from earlier told me to come back w her and that she was going to do my tattoo…i thought there was supposed to only be one tattoo artist what happened to that? well she puts the stencil on and does three little passes w the tattoo gun and then has to wipe the stencil off and start over. she ends up doing a HORRIBLE job and was extremely rude to me and my friends. my friend who was getting her tattoo came in there to show me it and the lady raised her voice and told her “i told y’all not to come in here rn” uhmmmm no you didn’t bc the girl that was in there w me didn’t even hear her say that which is why she had to come back after she said that to my friend who was getting her tattoo and tell my friend who was sitting in there w me to come out and wait out in the lobby while she reprints the stencil. she tried to blame me for the tattoo being messed up saying i was moving too much but the three people who saw me getting the tattoo said that i was barely moving and she was just trying to cover her own behind because she messed up. she made me feel horrible abt the way i was “acting” during the tattoo to the point that i tipped her 20$ more and my friend had alr paid and tipped her bc this was her present to me for my bday. On top of that, while i was on the table towards the end she kept stopping and saying that she done or that she’s not going to continue etc. Now i have to pay someone else to get this tattoo fixed, they were perfectly fine w letting me walk out with this tattoo. the lady who did my tattoo was a short white lady who was a little bigger the lady who got into it w the other customer is the guys daughter this is the most UNPROFESSIONAL and GHETTO tattoo shop i have ever stepped foot in. i’m an 18 year old w 9 piercings and 2 tattoos from OTHER states saying this. DO NOT...
Read moreI have to be honest with this one. What I asked to get was a skeletal hand tattoo design, which I had shown to the artist (even throughout the actual tattoo being done) because it seemed like he was going off and doing his own thing. Free hand drew the skeletal design, which makes sense for this tattoo but even the free hand was off, he reassured everything would be straightened out prior to getting started. The first photo will be what I asked for and what I got (not healed). The design work was poorly executed, line work was poor, and the detail is also very poor. I understand what comes with hand tattoos and sat on this for years before getting it. I recently had my tatt artist stop tattooing, so I came here in hopes to find someone good. I looked over the work of the artist and trusted him. Honestly, If you’re considering getting work done in “tough” areas or a considerably complex tattoo design. You may want to avoid this shop. This is one that I truly regret, not the tattoo itself but coming here to get it from a specific artist. I hate to say it as I came in for my first tattoos ever years ago and to this day still completely happy with it. This hand tattoo is something I will be looking to get reworked very soon outside of the state. Hope this helps someone, artists and staff were welcoming & nice though so there’s a plus. I don’t want to turn anyone away, be very considerate when you get work done...
Read moreI went her this morning to get a lip piercing replace that they install two weeks ago. It fell out this morning in my mouth. They lady with the black hair and the older gentleman have very nasty attitudes. They told me that was to long ago, they not replacing it unless I pay all over again. I have had this piercing over two years and the original jewelry stayed on the whole time prior to the first replacement. FYI: this is the second replacement that fell out that they replaced. Three months back to back. They are not the one who did it originally. That parlor was closed. I refused to pay again for a third time. I pay you twice for the same replacement that keep falling out. I thought it was something I was doing. They charge $30 each time. $15 for the jewelry and $15 for the install. I went down the street and my original parlor was open and got me right for $10. Please don’t use these people unless you want to give away your money and deal with unpleasant people like you owe them something. The only one that cares is the lady that does the piercing, she was nice regardless of the situation....
