I took my daughter there today to get her nose pierced. I must be honest when we first walked in we were both thinking umm....... But our curiosity as far as you know how reputable the place was was quickly resolved in a good way by all means. They're wonderful people. Unfortunately for the exception of one young lady, she didn't seem very friendly, oh, but she could have just simply been having a bad day, we all have bad days. So I shouldn't even have said that but I can't help myself sorry. Anyway, they were so very helpful and so very kind. I know this may sound a little silly but within about four to five minutes we felt like we were at home. That is how comfortable they make you feel there. And I may be repeating myself but they were so very helpful they pierced my daughter's nose and they made sure to tell us exactly how to take care of it and exactly what to do. And they also said if anything went wrong to come straight back to them and they would fix it. Now I don't know if they were meaning for free or anything but I felt like that's what they were saying. And I ran into one individual, he was actually the one that pierced my daughter's nose, and I have been wanting a tattoo for a very long time three of them representing my three children. And he was so helpful I've been envisioning in my head what I've wanted for a long time and even though it wasn't the vision I actually had in my head it was better than the vision I had in my head. It may take me a minute to get back there and get the tattoos that he spent a good amount of time in finding and measuring and he was just so detailed about everything and explained everything to me so clearly, but again like I was saying it may take me a minute to get back there and actually get them because of the money but I will go nowhere else to get my tattoos that I have wanted for many many many years. He was the manager of the store I'm not sure if I'm supposed to say his name but anyway he was absolutely wonderful he did a wonderful job piercing my daughter's nose and again he did a wonderful job helping me pick out the tattoos that I've wanted so very long. And I will be going back there like I said he will be the one that will be doing my tattoos. And I've never had a tattoo. I have no tattoos whatsoever. So you've got to know that he had to have made a very good impression on me for me to be saying that he is the individual I'm going to to get the only tattoos I probably will ever get but he's the one that's going to do it God willing. I could go on and on and on cuz I'm very good at that. But five stars for this place 10 stars for this place. If you want anything that they do you need to go to them. Thank you too almost all the employees that helped me and my daughter that day. Like I said there's one grumpy young female, but she was just having a bad day we all have them. I got a bellybutton piercing from them and I had it for only two days. My piercing was so sore it’s been hurting me since I got it. I couldn’t walk, move around, or do my normal everyday activities because I was in so much pain. That pain was excruciating/unbearable that lead to tears rolling down my face. I went to another tattoo shop and they told me I had to get it removed. They also said if I haven’t came to them when I did it could’ve got infected.They also said that “SHANE’S” did not do my naval piercing correctly that they pierced the surface of my stomach and not my navel. Afterwards, I called “SHANE’S” back and explained everything that happened. I asked for a refund or partial of my money back and the lady I was talking was very rude/hostile towards me. She told me I couldn’t get a refund or partial of my money back because I signed an agreement that states “they are not held liable for any negative reactions after piercing/and or tattoo.” I then proceeded to say….then I said “hello” I hear the lady put the phone down then hangs up in my face! They are very rude/nasty and only want your money! They don’t care about if the customer is satisfied or not! They are very unprofessional and has terrible service! I would NEVER ever go back to them again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone going to them for service! Moreover, who is held liable if they so called “professional piercer’s” did not pierce me in to correct area of my body? OBVIOUSLY THEM! My stomach was so red and irritated which CLEARLY shows that I was not pierced correctly! On top of that it’s still really sore and hurts for me to move and the ring not...

Bad impression of this place. I was referred here by a friend due to the good quality of work this place produces. Becky is the person I was working with that scheduled my appointment. Seeing as I am out of state, I called well ahead of time to make my appointment for first thing yesterday morning. I receive a call about 12pm the day before as I am still traveling from Florida, informing me that if I don't call back within an hour and a half that I will be removed from the schedule. I understand a business has to run and cannot wait on false promises, however the way she told me was extremely rude. Especially since I was working hard to get the money and also it was a tattoo in memory of my late grandfather. So instead of enjoying the beginning of my vacation, I was highly upset. And just for the record, I'm not looking for a handout or even sympathy from this. I just don't want anyone to have the same experience as I did, and I will not ever get any work done here.
