5 star service on sales! 5 star service on Management! 5 star service on YES! Delivery and set up! Recently my husband and I purchased a leather sectional from Weinberger's. Our sales consultant was extremely sweet and very knowledgeable about the furniture and ordering process. Michelle Cottongain notified us after our purchase and kept us informed about the order and when it would arrive. Our sectional actually arrived weeks early and , again she called us immediately to set up a delivery date. I was extremely excited! The delivery guys showed up in the delivery block that was allocated and we're very professional as well. These guys were friendly and took the time to secure felt pads on the every leg, on every piece they brought in. They brought the pieces in carefully and were very careful not to bump any walls and definitely considered the care of our hardwood floors! I was so impressed with these guys my husband and I insisted on buying their lunch. I was especially surprised to hear these young fellows have been delivering for Weinberger's for many years. This explained why they take pride in their job and do it so well. We thank y'all for your sincere service and making a large ticket purchase so reasonable and a pleasant experience. It tells me this home town company takes care of their employees and in return the customer service is exceptional. I've been all over town looking for furniture, and I can honestly say that from the moment you walk through the doors, its a completely different experience. Wonderful, calm atmosphere, smiling people who are not at all pushy. My salesperson was Susan Crow and she was just the BEST!! I will be recommending her to anyone I know who needs furniture. She really was patient and kind, and I did not feel pressured in any way. I took advantage of their grand reopening sale and got a great deal on Bernhardt furniture - honestly for not much more than I would have paid at a big "nationwide" chain on furniture that isn't even remotely in the same league. The quality and customer service here cannot be beat. I only wish they had been my first stop on my furniture search and that I'd saved myself the headache! Everyone I dealt with from the people on the phone (delivery already scheduled for 2 days from now!) to the manager, Dale, just made my experience great. There was a slight mix up with the chair I wanted, a miscommunication mostly on my end, but Dale is even fixing that for me! Read moreWeinberger’s customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. After spending over $17,000 on furniture, I waited months for my furniture to arrive. We bought Bassett, because they said it was made in the U.S. When I called to ask about the delay, I was told my furniture was shipping from Taiwan. Turns out that if someone from the U.S. screws the legs on, it is considered made in the states. I also found out that they had some of my furniture, but were going to wait until it all came in to deliver. Keep in mind I ordered at the end of December 2020. By April of 2021they had the majority of the furniture but were waiting on the nightstands. Those didn’t come in until August, and when they did they were heavily damaged. Weinberger’s said they could fix them within a few weeks. Fast forward to January 2022. I called them and they said the parts had just come in and the nightstands should be fixed shortly. I called again last week to check on the status of the nightstands. My order had been cancelled. The nightstands were beyond repair and they said their notes reflected that I had cancelled the order. I had not. No one had called me, no one had refunded my money. I am now waiting on my refund.
