So I had seen this company at at exposition and fell in love with a dress for my daughter’s quinceañera and went into the store for a try on she loved it and we decided to put a hold on it. I put $200 down but I was never once told that the money was non refundable nor was I shown the “return policy” a week later I went back into the store to let them know that my daughter had changed her mind and did not any longer want to proceed with a quinceañera well immediately I was told there was nothing they can do and they wouldn’t refund me anything back because once it’s sent it’s sent. I never signed anything and I was never told anything before making a payment so it could be put aside.
