Ground Gear Performance — Local services in Aurora

I contacted Eddie the owner of Ground Gear Performance with a basic installation of a radio in a VW Jetta. Eddie said he could do the installation but after about 2 hours he said the unit was bad (I know otherwise because Cartoys could power the unit up but had difficulty in the pinout/harness). I asked Eddie to take the radio home and look on-line for help in getting it installed. The next day Eddie said I'll get the radio back to you today, he didn't. The following day I asked Eddie when he will be down to drop off the radio, he said around 9am. At 11:00am I had to call him checking where he was, "man I totally forgot". When I received the $750 factory VW radio it had nicks, dings and scratches on the faceplate. When I contacted Eddie he said I have no idea, it was in my truck. At the time of this post Eddie hung up on me and I have engaged my attorney.

Wow! Eddy and his team have outperformed my expectations. I brought them a hard job, that several other shops around town either couldn’t complete or turned away.
