While understand this a new store you must remember to have professionalism and customer service. Every-time I come in the customer service gets worse and worse. No one says hello or how can I help you.
Today I paid for my groceries and the lady responded to me said “I’m sorry we don’t have any change today, have a nice day.”
I of course told her that is unacceptable, she started to look for change. How can you have a store and not have change? Or even want to try to come up with a solution? I came to exchange cheese that I bought which was already expired, both cashier and the manager were arguing with me that me buying expired cheese was not a big deal.
