I quit the job & they did not want to place my property in the front office. I threatened to call the cops & told them to leave my property outside. When I grabbed my property the racist Karen secretary accused me of stealing and tried to take my property. Then two employees followed me in there car taking pictures of my license plate. This place is a joke. The engineer is a chemical engineer who cant write proper blue prints. It looks like instructions for IKEA furniture. I made products according to prints & trainer James told me not to follow prints because they did not update it. I was a welder at the company. They only pay $23 an to hour and expect us to buy our own tools. They have battery grinders that die very quickly. They lied about the welders D1.1 certifications. We tested in the 1G position and not the 3G position. See the photo I posted. The welding department employees are suck ups and flirt with management. Grown men that gossip. Payroll lied on my tax withholding and I threatened to report them To the IRS and the company gave me my money back. I reported safety issue to glen & he does nothing. Some axles fell off the racks and could have hurt someone. Assembly dept is good but they have a really high turnover rate. I got a higher paying job before leaving. I am a retired AT&T employee. While I was still working I had occasion to use many Pelsue products. I recently came across a tent that someone had thrown in a dumpster. I immediately recognized the storage bag sticking over the top. Being kind of a junk picker I pulled it out and brought it home. When I opened the tent I found it to be in pretty good shape, no rips or tears. But 2 of the support rods had come out on the side. I found the rod ends to be broken. I emailed Pelsue and was contacted by Pat Ramos. He told me that the parts were indeed replaceable but that the minimum order is $25 and the parts are only $1 apiece. I have worked with Pat Ramos for years. He is extremely easy to order from. He is very knowledgeable of all the parts I need to order. He always asks me if I need a gasket or bolts to go with that. The little things I might not remember to order, when I am on the phone with him. When I leave him a message he always calls me back. I can go on and on about how great of a job Pat does.
