Wife and I are swimmin hole 'fishinados. This is one of the best pools we've swam in 40 years of marriage. It's not a dam but a 5' high limestone ledge, about 50' wide. Deep pools, 5' rock diving ledges, clear and clean spring water, good tree shade on the North side, and several waterfall channels to give you a super spa treatment (hold onto your swim shorts). It's big enough to support 100+ swimmers on a hot day and everyone still has their own space. You can park at the Hill of Life trailhead, or at the MoPac/360 trailhead.
