If you’re looking for an absurd amount of fun and silliness at your party, these guys bring it. Chef J was our.. chef, and I’m ready to bring him back for another round. From straight up spraying all of the boyfriends in the face with a Sake Squirt gun to having a fun light up crown for the birthday girl, and tossing zucchini slices in people’s mouths from like 10 ft away. I’m not sure we could’ve asked for more.

The food was really good and he brought plenty / extra for those hungry hippos needing more.

The part that impressed me most was he knew how to read the room. When it was quiet he’d encourage us to play games, get the sake out, and chat. When every party member found themselves in good conversation he’d leave everyone to do their thing.

We booked Let’s Hibachi for my son’s high school graduation party with 23 guests, and it was hands-down one of the best decisions we made! Chef Toyota absolutely made the night—he brought the energy, the laughs, and the fire (literally and figuratively). The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and everyone left full and happy.

From sake water gun fun to flipping eggs into hats, Chef Toyota kept the whole crew entertained the entire time. He managed to engage a large group effortlessly, and even the grandparents were laughing and participating.
