OMG! Absolutely stay away from this ultimate Con-Man and Charlatan Mr. Jaco Conradie. It's been over 1-year, money paid upfront, and still have home windows and doors never delivered, unfinished, broken, and almost all rooms in disarray while we wait on with no committed finish date for the end to Mr. Jaco's reign of tribulation and terror. You'll not receive the authentic product you paid for, and in many cases never receive any. Instead, he'll fraudulently try to substitute cheaper inferior products and then once you've caught him dead to rights in the act, he'll persist relentlessly in trying to convince you to accept said inferior cheap products or insist that you can't believe your lying eyes even after you present the genuine product physically sitting beside his counterfeit one. in addition, I could go on and on about the extensive damage done to interior walls, casings, return trim, and exterior stucco that he's never resolved nor reimbursed as for the repairs as he'd promised. Conclusion, if you want cheap counterfeit products together with shody defective installation, replete with multitudes of lies and deception every step along the long and torturous road, then Jaco owner of Lion Windows is your man!

More recent updates to follow. Will say for now that I now understand why negative reviews have been posted here in the past and then not too long after removed. It seems that Mr. Jaco Conradie retains a quintessential 'Slip and Fall' lawyer named Mr. Kemp W. Gorthey who apparently specializes in soon after a given new undesirable posting drafting and sending via email deceptive, threat letters, full of fallacious assertions and claims, clearly intended to intimidate and threaten the review poster to remove said post. Frankly speaking, the vast majority of its content can't be viewed as anything other than overt lies and totally disingenuous attempts at spinning actual facts that in reality can never be broken. Silly Jaco with the obviously desperate petty tactics that he resorts to instead of simply delivering that which he's promised and been paid for. Nevertheless, I stand firm in all the truth in this matter (and there's much more of it to soon be revealed), and I shall never allow to be threatened nor intimidated, especially by petty tyrants. Our home was hit hard during the September hailstorms in Round Rock causing a major loss to not only cars and roof but the loss of windows that I had never experienced. After trying endless companies I spoke with Jaco and found instant reassurance in someone who wanted to help me fix my home and not just sell me a product but a solution. Little did I know the process would take over 7 months due to delays in the claims process but through it all Jaco was very patient and helpful in offering me options on his various products and which would match my existing and or offer options should I decide to do a full replacement. When we finally were able to move forward his attention to detail is what set him apart from all the other companies. He asked the right questions about our home and the things that were important when dealing with new windows. He made sure to help us be able to accommodate our existing blinds and how to change the look by selecting different models for different areas. His thorough thought process made it easy to do the selection and ordering. His crews were courteous and very detail oriented. I am very happy with the work that the Lion Windows team has done! It took a while for the windows to be ready to install, but this seemed to be due to supply chain / manufacturer delays. Once they were ready, the team worked quickly to install them on my house within one day and I immediately noticed the improvement that the new windows had for noise and heating/cooling. The new windows gave my house a much needed facelift as well. There were some manufacturing defects that I noted (some cracked frames, a missing screen, one broken latch) and Lion Windows went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer to get me the parts. When those were ready, they made sure that everything was redone properly. To sum things up, Jaco was upfront with me from the start and made sure things were eventually all correct in the end. The prices were also very competitive and I felt respected and listened to by the team. My only complaint would be on the time it took from start to finish - but I honestly feel most of it was due to all the supply chain challenges of the past few years.
