Absolutely AMAZING experience with Nauti ATX. They truly saved the day. Our original boat company canceled just two hours before our scheduled charter, and we were in full panic mode. But within 30 minutes, Nauti ATX had everything arranged and ready to go. They were kind, responsive, and unbelievably organized. We could not believe how quickly they turned things around for us. Captain Matt was the best — super friendly, professional, and knew all the perfect spots on the lake. He made us feel safe, welcomed, and made sure we had a blast the entire time.

The boat itself was spotless and spacious, with an enormous cooler stocked with ice. They even provided a lily pad, which was such a fun bonus! Plus, the sound system was awesome — we got to play our own music and really set the vibe for the day.

Decided to hire Nauti ATX Charters for a fun Bachelorette trip at Lake Travis! For a party of 9-10, I wanted my guests to experience waterfront life in Austin and rented a Pontoon boat for 4 hours.

Before arriving to the dock, Trisha, who has been coordinating with us, and Brett, our captain, contacted us about half an hour ahead of time notifying us that Brett was ready for us at the lake whenever we arrived! Upon arrival, he provided a cooler with ice and water bottles for us to use to store some of our sandwiches and drinks. The boat ride was extremely smooth and he provided much insight into Lake Travis!

The boat was equipped with speakers that allowed us to play our favorite songs and the slide & lily pad were a nice added touch! The girls and I thoroughly enjoyed it and the location he chose, Devil’s Cove, was great for pictures and swimming. This company is legitimate and provides a good service. However, they are incredibly unprofessional when collecting gratuity. Make sure to read the contract before booking- it may seem like a good price but 20% gratuity is expected. This is fine, but they didn’t wait 24 hours before repeatedly texting, searching on Venmo/social media, bordering harassment trying to collect money. We were there for a bachelorette- we were drinking and planned to settle remaining expenses with each other when we got home (Sunday- only 48 hours after this excursion). Instead our captain reached out to me repeatedly, and then found my husband’s Venmo, requesting he text him. Based on my experience after the excursion, I will not use this company again.
