My experience with Velocity Clinical Research was somewhat positive. The front desk staff was very nice and professional. Cass was sweet. Megan was professional. My appointment was scheduled for 2-2 1/2 hours and I was there for 3 hours and 50 minutes! There was some confusion to begin with but that was handled quickly. Angie drew my blood and she was the sweetest! So caring! Loved her. Now, for the not so great part. I guess she was the "investigator"...I have no idea of her name because she speaks with a very heavy accent.She was very rude and hard to understand. She asked me the same questions I had already answered and was quite impatient. Not a nice person and definitely not a people person!
