I have waited awhile to post a review, hoping that this place would get better. My family has been going to this Sonic for about 6 years and it used to be awesome. In the past year or so, the quality and customer service has declined dramatically. Routinely, we have waited for almost an hour for food or drinks (we usually just get drinks) on busy nights and 20 - 30 minutes when there are only a couple of cars. When we do get our orders, they are, more often than not, wrong.
Tonight at 10:30pm, I ordered a strawberry frozen tea and waited 15 minutes because there was one car there in addition to me, I received a lemonade strawberry slush that tastes like someone filled the cup with onlydwlemon juice and added a couple of strawberries. When I realized, I turned around and they had turned off everything even though the hours still show they close midnight on Fridays.
The staff clearly don't know how to make the menu items and/or don't care about their roles. The unsatisfied customers are wasting money on this. I doubt management or the franchise owners read these reviews, but if you do, take it from some one who works in quality improvement, you are failing your staff and business. Train your staff, be proactive in the management, and set the expectations higher. This is unacceptable for any business.

Read moreSo, I’m not typically one to write horrible reviews because I feel bad, but this place sucks. We work at the BMW really close, so we’ve come here like 5-8 times in the last two months. EVERY time (not exaggerating) they have gotten our order completely wrong, sometimes even getting it wrong AGAIN when we send it back to be corrected. Today I got a cheeseburger with NO pickle, EXTRA onions, and ADD bacon. They gave me a regular cheeseburger with NO onion OR bacon. I sent it back and it STILL had pickles and NO onions. Not only that, but we get the same little Mexican girl as our runner almost every time. Girl, I’ve been in foodservice for 7 years up until this BMW job, and it is not that hard to be nice, especially cause I always try to be overly kind since I know how much the serving industry sucks. She has such an attitude with me and gets very huffy and puffy when I tell her the order is wrong. When I arrived, I checked in, entered my stall number, and waited... and waited... and waited... 13 minutes later, I pressed the red button to ask where my order was, and they asked for my name, I told them, and they said they would have it right out. After a total of 20 minutes, I pressed the button again; again, they asked my name! I told them I had waited so long for my order, they should give me a free Coca Cola for my trouble. They apologized, agreed, and said it would be right out. Then they brought me my food, I reached into my bag to find cold tater tots. I brought the tater tots back into them, and told them I would like some hot tater tots. They made me some nice hot tater tots, but I never got my coke! They gave me a token for a future coke.
