Our old HP was "fried" by a recent storm-caused power outage. We looked for an expert here in Sebring and found Mark at Computer Pro, Inc. He offered us a choice of a rehabbed Dell or a new computer. We chose the Dell and Mark successfully transferred our docs, pictures, downloads and contacts to the Dell. If we had music, that would have been included also. We took our Dell home, viewed the many successful transfers and set up websites. We had a hard drive crash, a click sound that hinders the performance. We entrust “Highlands best computer expert- Computer Pro” hoping they can fix the problem but this place failed to return back our hard drive. They sent it to TWO different companies outside hard drive recovery service but apparently they could not diagnose and disposed it without communicating with us. After several days, I called to follow up and all I hear is sorry 😐. All 10 years of pictures and memories of my family, all gone.
