Subway — Restaurant in Florida

The African American lady that worked the night of June 17th is very rude. I got a veggie delight and she sounded agitated that I got more than one veggie on my sandwich that got nothing more than just veggies. Kept repeating what next without any inflection until I was pressured to being done. My fiancé got a ham sandwich with four pieces of roast beef so 8 ham pieces 4 roast beef. She did 7 pieces of ham and 5 of roast beef and was rude to him for getting veggies on it. Rolled her eyes every time he said I want something else. Then she charged us instead of the 4.99 for a ham sandwich with a 1.75 potion of roast beef she did the 11.99 sandwich for roast beef with a 2.75 portion of ham. The whole time her boyfriend is sitting in a chair giving us dirty looks and scoffing. Which I guess is better than our last visit where two people sat there and charred my sandwich which I asked for lightly toasted because "They didn't hear the timer". The woman didn't hear it but the guy opened the toaster and looked at it and then closed it and then said oh is there a sandwich in there I didnt know.They then proceeded to give me a dirty look when I asked for it remade and again charged 7 dollars extra on our order too. When we said its wrong to the woman she scoffed and just rolled her eyes and walked away from the register. The guy came and fixed it and then tried to say there was nothing wrong with it he didn't know why we were freaking out after he took 5 dollars off the order. I will never NEVER come back to this place. I have tried multiple times. The management needs better training and they need to learn to keep contamination under control. I am highly allergic to vinegar and can taste it in my veggie delight and I did not get it. In the midst of all their anger they are going to...

Be careful if you eat here especially the meatballs they don’t throw them away every 4 hours like subway requires them they like to keep them for 3-4 days until it goes empty and most of the time they are getting mixed old with new which is going to get someone very sick, they don’t wash their vegetables which is nasty because there is dirt all over them the tomatoes are rotten and frozen yet still get used the meats get sliced and are not properly weighed so you get ripped off on meat and they profit they also treat their employees very horribly making them work by them selves which is very dangerous and should never be done especially on a weekend, this place used to be good when Mike owned it but now Kyle and Cory took over and their just about profits they don’t care about employees or customers go eat at jersey mikes you’ll be a lot happier and at least it’s actually fresh I was a former employee so I know all the secrets...

On August 31, 2023 at 11:44 I came into the subway ordered a roast beef number 17 foot-long. The price of the roast beef is $10.79 and then $.81 tax which made the total of $11.60 and I looked at my receipt when I got home and it says $13.34. When I look at the receipt it shows that a tip was added of $1.74 which I never authorize. And the person that was helping me was a tall, black guy, I never authorize the tip and I think that is inappropriate. I called other subways and they said the only way that a tip would be added on if I tapped on it which I did not this is unfair and not a way to treat customers you can believe it, that I will never come to that subway ever again very dissatisfied that any restaurant I go to other restaurants like Panera or anything they always ask you on the digital pad do you want to add a tip not a tip added on...
