Used to love this store. Would go multiple times a day. I have a 7 year old son with profound autism who looked forward to his "wawa donut" every morning and helping mommy make her coffee. Knew all of the staff and we were almost like family to them. Until I found out this morning that 5 months ago, an employee had recorded me, and my minor son unbeknownst to me, while she was on the clock. I immediately called corporate, who provided an incident report, and asked me to call back when I had further information about who had done it (didn't know her last name). When I found out that information, I called back and was told I needed to go to the store and speak with the manager. When I did so, I was met with nothing but hostility, something I'd never dealt with in that store whenever I had an issue in the past. When I returned later that day to pick up a door dash order, I was pulled over in the parking lot upon leaving, advised my family was banned from going there again....
Read moreThey called the cops on me and my wife and had us trespassed after telling us to come down there to talk to the manager. And it wasn't even the general manager that did it. When I had asked to speak to the general manager and told the manager that called the cops that she couldn't help me because she was trying to sweep the problem under the rug. Which was that an employee while suppose to be working was NOT working and was recording my wife with her phone WITHOUT MY WIFES KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. Corporate Wawa told me to go to the store as well to talk to the manager there. They basically entrapped us. I went there every day multiple times a day. As well as doordashing for them. The manager that called the cops should be fired and the other employee should be fired as well. Wawa does NOT care about its customers if they do this to them for trying to talk to a manager about a problem. All to try to protect...
Read moreWawa # 5373 what a joke ! I stopped to get gas and was in a hurry so I used my debit card at the pump because I know how slow they are inside. The pump said go inside for a receipt. It didn't ask if I wanted a paper receipt or an email. On the way in the store I noticed the trash cans were overflowing and the wawa employee was in the shade talking on his phone and smoking. I got in line to the register and the little black woman walked away yelling at yet another guy doing nothing. When I told her the pump said I had to go in for a receipt, she said that was so I would come in and buy more stuff. I will never go to another Wawa. There was 7 employees and only one was working. They all were black . That's what happens when you have a black female manager. She has more people come in than necessary. 3 people are enough if they work. DON'T...
