Boost Mobile — Local services in Ayr Township

Updated SIM Card but was not told that my wi-fi calling and texting would not be available with that update. It is not offered on the new networking. I live in remote area where there is no network coverage.. so there went my calling ability at home. Then to top it off I tried to retrieve my account number over the internet and they wouldn't give it to me. I can share my bank and credit card information with them but they can't share MY ACCOUNT number with me. Was not retrievable on my account page either. Refused to email to me also.
