Puff N Stuff — Local services in McConnellsburg

I have bought my tobacco here for about 3 years. I often choose this store while visiting Mcconnelsburg on the weekends, over my store at home in Pittsburgh. The atmosphere and staff are (usually) always so friendly. The staff is also (usually)very helpful with any questions I have. I never had any issues until recently. The last bag of tobacco and tubes I purchased (The Good Stuff Menthol) (Hot Rod menthol tubes) (July 5th) were very stale tasting. Not ever having had this happen from this location I figured must have been a fluke.. no big deal. Today (July 29) I purchased another stale set of the same above mentioned products. I called the store and explained what happened and was met with a very rude interaction. First, I was told I just needed to add bread to the bag because it probably sat in the wearhouse for a long time in the heat. . . If I could have finished my sentence before being interrupted, the associate would have understood the problem was not the tobacco being dry.. it barely tastes like menthol. I was then told I'm the only person that has ever complained before and there was nothing she could do. I'm very disappointed in this experience. Not only the service, but also that I have another 3 weeks of stale cigarettes. I won't be giving any more of my money for stale products...

Went in to get a vape and there was an older lady working that was stocking. She acted as if it was a crime she had to stop and wait on me. Then the next day I went back in and she still had a horrible attitude! IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT DONT TAKE IT OUT ON PAYONG CUSTOMERS!!! Bad...

Bought a nectar collector and other items. Spent $100, found glass to be broken. I’ve been back three times personally to return but the owner has told her employees that they can’t do a refund, and to come back when she is in. No call back, no refund. NEVER...
