The Crystal Tabby — Local services in Azusa

We have been customers of jewel tunnel for the last 20 years but the past few years we were just buying from them online because I had moved away from the area. We didn’t even realize that they had moved locations. Today we drove to the warehouse since I was in town. It is still in Azusa and you still have to ring the bell and have a wholesale license to shop here.

It’s a whole new atmosphere, everybody was very friendly and welcoming and you can now sit and wait if you are with a shopper, there is also a break room with a coffee machine and some snacks. Two clean restrooms at the front.

Sue helped us out and checked us out. She was very efficient and gave us a brief tour of where everything was when we arrived.

We also met the new owner, Holly, who probably saw at the many trade shows in the past. She said they will be having new pallets in every month.

Prices were better, but the selection was not as wide as before, but they said they will have a quick turnaround for any custom inquiries and more things are on there way so we look forward to that.

Overall and nicer customer experience, we didn’t feel as cold and tired after we were done as we did before. We also got to briefly see John, who we had done business with for many many years.

They also have Instagram live shopping and you can order online easily. We were ordering from Rachel for the past few years and she was very quick to get back to you. She was doing a private video shopping tour for a customer while we were there.

The new name is Crystal tabby. I hope they will have some live cats to pet in the future. 😻 Crystal Cat...

The worst place I had visit... the prices are extremely high. Customer service less than poor... never come back to this place I was ignored by the sales associates. NOT EVENONE FRIENDLY PERSON TO GRET US OR ANSWER MY QUESTIONS... just because we are not WHITE people doesn't mean that we dont have money to spend in a place like that... Iam a bussines owner and ready to spend about 2000.00 dollars but when I saw their attitud I ran away... I NEVER...

Located in Azusa, this wholesale business just had a "grand reopening" and the inventory is spectacular. Beautiful pieces, nice quality and a larger variety of new and different items. Great, friendly knowledgeable staff are all very helpful. Today for the grand reopening they had a musician playing Native American flute and with the acoustics of the building, it was soulful...
