I sent this company a email regarding my backorder items, I told them that I was doing a follow up to find out what happen to my orders, they sent a no reply email stating someone will be in touch within 24 - 48 hours, (1st lie), I sent another email a week later to try to get information, still haven't heard anything from this company (2nd lie). I then began calling the company. It states open between 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, pacific time, okay, it's a 3 hour difference and I call between their hours they are open. I've called in the morning, the late morning, mid afternoon, and before they close, I've called for two weeks, and here's what this company does, When a customer calls, the recording comes on, tells customers the bah, bah, bah, and says to speak with a rep, please stay on the line. No one EVER comes to the phone, and the system will hold you on the phone for 16 mins on the nose, and then tell you to leave a message (yes, I have timed it). You leave a message, and they still do not call you back (3rd lie). What's the purpose of having customer service, if NO ONE from this company response? BEWARE, this company will take the full amount for an order, and will NOT send the BACKORDER items, or CALL, EMAIL, a customer to ASK if I wants to use MY money on another item. Maybe someone will get this message from this company. It's sad that customers have to retort to leaving a bad review, just to handle a simple request.
UPDATE! As of 01/21/2020 I did receive a response, for my order that was placed on December 13, 2019. I received an answer for one of the missing item (purple boot). The dress was similar to stretchy Halloween costume polyester fabric, and the chest area was definitely designed for bosoms like their models. With that said, the sizing was accurate and the seams and stitches were all on point. I'm leery of ordering more clothes because the models have to tuck and hold some of the items to make them appear to fit properly, and the items are also Photoshopped too heavily to determine the fabric's qualities. The shoes are great. I was surprised by a few of the brand names on the boxes that arrived. I had presumed they would all be off label. Out of maybe 15-20 pair, I only had an issue with 1. The width of the footbed at the ball of the foot was literally about 2.5" on a size 11. Obviously, I have big feet but that's too narrow even for a size 6. Shipping is ridiculously expensive and I have found that for smaller orders it's better to use the free shipping promo code than the %off. Keep in mind if there is an asterisk after the red price that's the promo code price. No asterisk, you get that price and can get it shipped for free. I ordered a Top Gun couples costume for my husband and I on Sun 10/23 and paid for 2 day priority shipping as I needed the two costumes to take to Vegas on 10/27 for my bday weekend. On Tuesday evening, I realized I did not get an email from AMI club wear stating that my costumes were shipped, so I sent an email to AMI club wear and did not get a response.I called them three times on Wed 10/26 was put on hold for over 15 minutes and a customer service rep never answered my call so I left a voicemail message stating if my costumes weren't shipped to cancel the order since I needed my costumes by Thursday the latest to take to Vegas. On Wed 10/26 I get an email that my husband's costume shipped and AMI refunded my costume, without any notice; the point of ordering the couples costume was to match my husband, therefore the company should have contacted me to let me know only my husband's costume was available to ask if I was still interested in the order. Its called CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMON SENSE! I filed a claim with my credit card company since this company does not know how to respond to customers.
