I see I'm not the only person that was treated with such a lack of respect from this company, and I'm sure the owner Andrea will come back with some remark to make it look good. Remember when you're viewing a company to look at fake reviews. Sometimes they can be bought. This company is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm trying to find a home in Minnesota where I am from. I called about a listing to Andrea, she called me at 6:00 in the morning and left me a text so that is 8:00 her time. I asked her specific questions about a house at 10:00 am. Instead of telling me what I wanted to know, she said she had to ask me if I had a realtor, and said it was a legal question. First of all I don't need a realtor. And I was going to hire her as my realtor even though it's a conflict of interest. I am retired, so I am not looking at a house in any one area. Not every realtor can work all over the state, but she didn't even ask anymore questions, she just blew me off. I waited all day for a response. Then I called another reality to see if they could help me with the house. I was informed that this is the new normal for realtors, because they don't make a commission for running around. They told me they would drive the 2-hour distance to take pictures of the basement for me, so that I could put in an offer. I got a text back today, and I thought it was them. I asked them if they could be my realtor and put in an offer for me instead of Andrea. I didn't realize this was Andrea texting me. She acted like I didn't have a right to be upset that she blew me off for over 32 hours, saying she was busy. She could have easily texted me and said I will get with you later. But it wasn't important enough to her because I didn't have a realtor and she didn't think she was going to make any money! That is the bottom line folks. Don't do business with this company. They have no respect for a buyer. Especially if you're buying a house that doesn't cost much. I'm going to be reporting her to the Realty ethics committee as well. There's nothing worse than dealing with Realtors like this. She knew I was interested and sent my approval letter. Sellers please pick a listing agent that will sell your home, instead of leaving it on the market to have to mark it down even further because it's not worth their effort. Better yet, sell it yourself. You don't need people like this to sell your home.

Update: the owner has responded with false accusations. She did not let me know she had other clients for 32 hours after I told her I had to get a different realtor to help me. If I would have known she was going to get pictures of the basement, or that she was going to be busy that day, I wouldn't be upset. But she chose to say absolutely nothing. How am I to know she's going to get pictures? Apparently she forgot that I can put up photos of the conversation. I hope you still have the voice message for the ethics committee. My offer didn't "fall through" it had a cracked foundation. Saying the offer fell through just solidifies why you didn't put importance to my inquiry. If you're that busy you should get help. As I said, if a realtor can't even communicate with you about simple things, then don't...
