Two of them are in a small 1 bedroom apartment. Its maybe 450sf and I have 3 beds, and 3 desks. There is 1 regular bed and 1 regular desk, so depending on how you want the configuration you can have 1 bed & 3 desks, 3 beds & 1 desk, 2 beds & 2 desks, etc. My two kids and I have stayed there for extended periods- no issues. I repeat, 450sf one bedroom, housing 3 people comfortably. Because of the Murphy beds.
