I've purchased 3 Murphy beds/standing desks, and all are perfect. Its been maybe 2 years since the first one. Seems like they will last forever. Two of them are in a small 1 bedroom apartment. Its maybe 450sf and I have 3 beds, and 3 desks. There is 1 regular bed and 1 regular desk, so depending on how you want the configuration you can have 1 bed & 3 desks, 3 beds & 1 desk, 2 beds & 2 desks, etc. My two kids and I have stayed there for extended periods- no issues. I repeat, 450sf one bedroom, housing 3 people comfortably. Because of the Murphy beds.

Stopped in to browse & love their products! All handmade furniture made from solid woods (beautiful cherry, maple, figured & burl maple and walnut pieces) with ornate detailing, dovetails & ebony peg joinery. This is not IKEA furniture so my experience is it is built to last. Lots of pieces have a craftsman & Japanese modern mash-up feel, very unique & beautiful.
