Just stopped by after a trip to the salon to get my hair done (telling you this so you understand that I look perfectly presentable). Had a nice birthday lunch with my husband and stopped by to see if I wanted to buy myself something pretty. We weren’t so much as greeted. I was very confused. Why didn’t we deserve the great service we saw to the only 2 other customers getting? I am so confused. Le Village Marche is a cute shop with a nice selection of gift items. However, I walked out without purchasing the products I wanted because of the surprising and disappointing lack of customer care. While other customers were greeted, my sister and I were noticeably ignored, even though we were there for around 20 minutes. Perhaps it's because we were the only ones in the store who are not Caucasian and my sister is handicapped.
