Poor service. Lack of maintenance. Lack of concern for customer.

Gas pump failed to produce a receipt. I had to wait in line behind five other people to get the receipt, and informed the cashier that the machine needs more paper. She informed me that it has paper but doesn’t work properly. Miffed at wasting my time for a problem they could have solved, I suggested she write up a repair ticket and get it fixed so customers don’t have to waste time doing what I’m doing. Again, she had the answer: “we’ve told management about it. They don’t care!” I guess they’ll care when us local folks start spending our money at one of the other three service stations at that exit!

UPDATE: You asked me to contact you. I don’t want to discuss it any more. Your customer service was horrible at 195 Van Hill Rd in Greeneville. Your “contact us” doesn’t even show that location. And apparently your website doesn’t process such actions from an iPhone… I was unable to complete your contact request. Run your business like you mean it, instead of merely hiring people and letting them plod through their full jobs with little to know supervision...

The parking lot is really tight if you are pulling a trailer. And several employees were rude and short with us. We went to get pizza and were treated like we were and inconvenience. And then I needed the women’s restroom which was closed for cleaning with a sign that said “use showers” and when I walked down to the shower area trying to find where to go I was snapped at by 2 ladies about what if was doing there and then rudely pointed to the open shower to use. According to them pointing people to the open shower was why they were standing there but the fact that they were deep in conversation with each other and their back to me while I was looking for a place to pee didn’t exactly make it obvious that they were there to help. The food smells wonderful 😊 but omg the showers are disgusting smelly , bugs are all on the walls, the inside of the door to the shower is outdated the door looks like something out of a horror movie. Maintenance, upkeep of these areas are extremely unsanitized. If inspectors were to come check this out it would be citations. Normally my experiences with other TA's are wonderful and clean zero bugs , zero smells of urine and mold. This TA is just terrible 😔 you have many complaints and you're obviously not listening to...
