Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Baileyton

We stayed at a nearby Air B&B with family and got takeout from this restaurant twice during the stay. Everyone liked the food and it was ready in a timely manner. I got cheese fries (I wanted chili cheese fries but they no longer have chili) and it was made with actual cheese instead of cheese sauce and quite tasty (my husband says it would be better with bacon but I'm allergic so opted for fries without). I also had a salad that was fresh and well made. The first time we went I got a Steak Hoagie with Lays Chips. The folks that got pizza really liked it.

I have two criticisms which, to me, are not major so no stars removed. The first is that the ordering website is dated and some products listed on the website are no longer available. Not a big deal. We can adapt. The second criticism is that we were unable to use a major credit card that is generally accepted everywhere due to needing a "zip code." We live in Canada and use postal codes. Ultimately, we used my parents Tennessee based credit card and gave them cash but had worse come to worse, we could have just paid cash.

I'd recommend this place which is just off of a highway and handy if you're traveling or stay in the same lovely...

I have went there on numerous occasions for dine in and drive thru service. I have even complained to headquarters about their service. Headquarters was very nice and even sent me some gift certificates which I used in moshiem. Great service there! Baileyton different story it takes them forever to come take your order and heaven forbid you need a refill. I understand that these are young people but someone really needs to train them on customer service and serving. Also have even went back on two more occasions just to get ice cream and it was BEFORE 9pm they don't close until 10pm yet both times they have said the machine was turned off. What is...

im a reviewer when i go different place to go, i saw 9 years ago was awesome service, but now, it was my first time visiting this place Pizza Plus, we ordered 3 pie pizzas for family sitting there more than 1 hour waiting and still not done yet, we only paid for drinks and the lady ignored us, so the we standup from the table and left the place, only paid the drinks and eat another place, so cor me i Don't Recommend this place to eat, specially for us the Hispanic, please dont discrimate us the Hispanic is not fair that we order forst and then other people came and their order was...
