Read morethis happened years ago but it has kept bay hay from being my go to nursery for plants.......................i ordered 3 plants at $35. each. they called and told me they came in. i went in and paid for them but didn't have room in my truck to pick them up so i said i'd be back. i didn't get back for about 2 weeks & by the time i went to pick them up they were no where to be found/ mysteriously there was not even a record of their being ordered. i kept checking back for a while & gave up. i did not get a receipt for them when i paid because i was going into that nursery several times a week and spending upwards of hundreds of dollars a week there and the sales guy said "no need, we see you all the time". they may have lost (or resold) my plants but they lost thousands more in sales (to me) over the years. i still go there in a pinch, if i'm in the neighborhood and/or if bainbridge gardens does not have what i am needing on any given day. they have a lot of good stuff, even if they are always on the higher side, but just...

A truly local gem with a wide selection of pots, fountains, cedar furniture, trellises, local foods, gifts, seeds, tools, & more!
