Jiffy Mart — Local services in Bainbridge Island

The Jiffy Mart has been the "neighborhood store" since our family moved in 1993. The place has been operated by the same small family since I can remember, and all of them are so polite. My dad and the owner always respected each other, and when I first visited with my dad 25 years ago, the owner excitedly gave me a Cadbury Egg from the counter display-- I've always remembered how nice that was. This is the only convenience store I've ever seen with a large table and chairs inside, and there was oftentimes a group of older gentlemen that would meet there to play cards or chat.
